Budget Insurance keeps on spamming me with calls

I am bombarded with calls from budget insurance. I DO NOT WANT YOUR INSURANCE!! The more I ask where they got my number from they just say it's on a data base. REMOVE MY NUMBER!! I can actually make a formal case against Budget for not complying with the popi act. STOP SPAMMING ME!! YOU CAN'T BEAT MY CURRENT INSURANCE and I will even put money on it!
