Budget Insurance | Jocks Auto Body Dent Removers

My claim experience with budget has been a frustrating process.

I got into an accident in Jan and claim was approved on the 28th of Jan.

My car was then taken to Jocks Auto Body Dent Removers of which is not completed. The vehicle has been with the panel beaters for almost 4 months.

I never get updates from the panel beaters and every-time I make contact there's more delays with the vehicle.

I have escalated this matter with budget insurance and not much help is provided. It is their trusted supplier and they should be managing that relationship and completion date of the car.

This delay comes as an additional expense and the process it is not transparent. I am frustrated and have lost confidence that this car will be fixed anytime soon.
