Budget insurance it's service is not satisfying me at all.

Budget insurance it's service is very poor since early this year my wife was involved in accident we didn't recover our access now the consultant is telling me I must take the matter to a small claim court. The consultant name is Ntando and he's telling me I must do his job to get the drivers details for him and I suggest he must do his job properly he must go to get the police report .their service is very poor I've been paying them to get rich on poorer people but they service is not good.
