Budget Insurance is very EXPENSIVE dont fall for their lies

1st of all I am working from and dont understand why you guys are not reviewing that when it comes to premiums. The 23rd of May I phoned and spoke to Keagan, I told him bout the inconvenience that you guys course by taking money from my account before the agreed date. In the application there's a part where you ask the preferred date and I dont understand why would you go against the choice that came up with you.

I drive a very old car and honestly dont understand why instead of premiums going down you will charge me so much. I steep from R795 to a thousand and something. What the hell?I strongly suggest that you look at your ridiculous premiums before I change. This is not the 1st time I am complaining bout this and clearly I am not taken serious. Consider the car's age, Covid-19 and the fact that most of us are working from home before robbing us of our already empty pockets. Do not take this lightly.
