Budget Insurance is unreliable, unprofessional,*********** and not trust worthy

<p>I was in a car accident 3 weeks ago. The accident was not my fault. I went to the police station with the person caused the accident and we made a statements. I called budget insurance and I told them about the accident and I gave them case number and all information they requested. I was told by budget insurance agent that I have to pay excess to fix my car and later they will claim from the person who caused the accident and I agreed to pay. I called budget insurance legal department and I spoke with the lady by the name of Maritza Moreton to find out, how far they are in claiming from the person who caused the accident. She told me they haven’t started and they won’t start, and they won’t call the police to get necessary information. They won’t follow up with the police or investigate. She was not helpful at all. I regret joining budget insurance</p>
