Budget insurance is trash

If i could give negative starts i would have. I had two claims with budget insurance and the outcomes of my claims was not what i asked them to cover my sound system was covered for R6000 and they wanted to pay me R500 because they said they Google the price of what i had in. I got quotes for my sound system and they still don't want to pay the amount of the quote. It's the same with my car claim they said my car is only worth R33000 and that was not what the first consultant told me she said it was covered from R70000 till R105000. I will advise anyone who is with budget insurance to cancel all of their policies with them as they are *****ing people over
