Budget Insurance is the worst, they don't care at all about their customers

Budget Insurance is such a disappointment. My brother had an accident in September 2023, reported this on time. He had to be the one calling ALL the time for feedback and nobody from Budget or the person he dealt with (Tebogo) ever felt the need to revert back to him. Firstly he had to undergo a lot of stress and be calling a whole lot of times for assistance, they eventually replace his windscreen with glass that is not from or for BMW, then debit his account for months even though he cancelled them as his insurer. On top of all this he gets told that his access is R18 000+.

The service he received from Budget Insurance is worse than horrific and NOBODY not even one person from Budget has apologised for anything. I mean is this how clients get treated, disrespected and ******?
