Budget Insurance is the worst Insurer Ever

I have lodge a claim a month ago with Budget and they say the legal team will get back to me. It's been a month now and every time I have to call and when I do they take me from pillar to post. The worst experience ever, so in the meantime while they chill in their offices I have to struggle because a month later my car is still not fixed. They do not care! It's disgusting how they treat us.
