Budget Insurance is the worst insurance to ever use, they will collect your money and never help you should you have a problem

I had an accident in 2022 in Mafikeng with my new car having a mileage under 13k, a new diff was supposed to be installed in the car but budget insurance only paid for the it to be repaired, for a car under warranty. How could they repair a broken part instead of replacing it. My car has been giving me problems relating to the accident since May 2023 up till now and budget insurance keep taking me from pillar to post not wanting to repair my car. I have spent over R5000 for calls and not getting help, i had to pay for the courtesy car I have even been to their offices 3 times and still no help, My Nissan Navara has been with Nissan Vereeniging now for the past 6 months, I am paying for a car that I am not using. costing my more money for transportation and my business. Budget Insurance is really cruel and should never be trusted by anyone. I need my car fixed. I have already contacted the ombudsman competition commission for help. Please stay away from Budget Insurance as far as possible, if with them leave while you can because the day you have a problem they wont help you.
