Budget Insurance is the worst insurance company ever!

My vehicle has been at Trident Panel Beaters in Middleburg for over 2 months now and they keep telling me that they are waiting for a part and the only time I get some sort of an update is when I follow up. Budget and Trident are not treating me fairly as a customer that pays monthly premiums. Every time I speak to them, they give me the same story that the vehicle will be ready by the end of the week - its been over 2 months now.
