Budget Insurance is the worst insurance company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have 5 cars insured with Budget Insurance and we have been a customer of theirs for decades: I am still in disbelief of the service that we received from Budget Insurance over the weekend: We had a car accident, had to sleep in the damaged car because Budget refused to tow our car to location of our choice which was more or less the same kilometers as the suggested location. IT GETS WORSE : Being informed that courtesy cars can only be issued on weekdays HOW SHOCKING!!!!!!
