Budget Insurance is the worst

Worst insurance ever, please do not make the mistake of signing up with them. After never making a claim from 2018 I finally made a claim this year to be told it wasn’t fully covered. It states in my policy that it is covered and after querying it I was promised a call back to discuss by Tebogo Mahlo , a so called ‘Internal Dispute Resolution Consultant’ on the 2nd of November at 14:17 and promised a further call back at 15:00 later that day to discuss my policy.I am still waiting for that call and today is the 22nd of November 2023. I signed up in October 2018 and didn’t receive any communication from them until 2022 except of course for my monthly debits of which I never missed a payment. I was forced to pay the dealership to take out my car because I didn’t have any other means of transport. Please especially if you are a female, DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM
