Budget insurance is the worst

Budget Insurance is a truly useless institution who relies on delay tactics to hold onto money as long as possible.

1) My claim on mywifes laptop to be referred to the Ombud who ruled in our favour. I have no doubt that budget will wait every last second before complying with any payout.

2) Charity Zibi - The consultant on my home contents case is delaying payout. We were told verbally over the phone that our inventory is incorrect prompting delay and additional authorization.

2a) Where is the written communication for this? What additional review is needed? We have gone through several reviews including the technician who came to our house and said that payment is usually swift from this point. 3) Charity Zibi is not allowing me contact to her superior to discuss this.
