Budget Insurance is the worst

I recently got into a car accident late last year. Considering im a new driver i would expect that my insurance company would be sympathetic towards my situation. But instead they took forever to process my claim and for my vehicle to get fixed. They increased my access to double the original amount when i signed the contract with them. My vehicle got fixed but im still waiting for my access to be resolved, im constantly doing follow up calls. They never call me or send any form ot communication. They owe me an access amount of R11750. Money that i didn't have but had to take out my own pocket. Budget insurance is tbe worst.
