BUDGET INSURANCE IS THE WORSE!!!

My husband took out an insurance cover on his cell phone and it was insured to the value of R9000. He paid his monthly installments each month on time to the amount of almost R500. He claims insurance to due theft and then they kept ********ting him around!! They offered him ****ty phones that was not even worth R9000. He has to pay an excess of R1500 that we were very well aware of, however, they said if he wants a phone to the value of R9000 he has to pay the difference?? Then what the hell is the excess for? Also, Noviwe who was supposed to be handling his case, ALWAYS FAILS to call him back when she promises to. The managers, Veronica and Danlia also NEVER called back! They basically shunting us out and they said that if the phone value drops then he cannot get the value that it was insured for!! So what was he paying such a high installment for? Up until this day, none of these ladies were able to assist him and it is utterly DISGUSTING!!! They are very quick to take your money but cannot help you when it comes to paying out! They even debited him again this month while he was in the process of claiming and he wasted over R150 airtime just calling them!
