Budget Insurance is taking me for A Fool

I had a car accident last year October 2018..till now my car is still standing with the Towing Company..At First the Consultant who was suppose to assist with Towing it out said I Probably was Drunk.. whole I ws driving to work at 6am really telling the Tow truck owner . Then requested for Hospital information from me..after getting info it ws irrelevant to them. I dont get feedback I always m sent to the same person who ws not interested to help at the first place. Even today my car has not bn towed nor accessed already going to the 3rd month.
