Budget insurance is ******** me

Joined this insurance last year got an accident this last week Monday it took this guy's a week to investigate my claim I don't know why. The this lady has guts to call and tell me my claim was rejected because of the low premium I was paying. They are willing to refund all my premiums and bri g my car home. Why was I paying on the frost place whts the use of insurance. I think this ****ers called budget callculate the money u paid versus the the claim then they try by all means to reject.
