BUDGET INSURANCE IS *******!!!

<p>I called budget on the 19th for car insurance. I took up a policy but canceled it the same time (wasn't even an hour) as miway gave me a better option. Told the guy who helped me open the policy at budget to make my debit for the 29th as i get paid month end. I distinctly told him make it for the 29th but still makes it for the 19. Just shows that there are *********** and uneducated people working for budget. FNB tries to debit and charges me a penalty of 200 rand due to insufficient funds in my account. I called budget and they told me that they will investigate and get back to me at the end of the week and no one got back to me as yet. I deserve my money to be reimbursed to me as i told them to make my debit on the 29th!! I do not recommended budget to anyone else. </p>
