Budget insurance is refusing to send an assessor for my burned vehicle.
I have a problem my vehicle burned while in mobile on the 09th of November 2024 and I filed a claim on budget insurance and they declined my claim I don't know at what reasons. Then I towed my vehicle to Renault garage,now the garage ask them to send an assessor to be present when they assessing the vehicle together with the Renault garage technician and they are refusing to send the assessor, till now there is no way forward on fixing the vehicle they are waiting for the insurance to send the assessor. Can you please help.

20 Dec 2024, 14:41Budget Insurance is declining the claim because the vehicle has not burned beyond recognition and I don't understand what I'm paying them for and I had not skipped any payments even this month they have debited their debit order. Was I supposed to leave the vehicle to burn, so now I am at fault to save the vehicle and the life of my daughter.They don't want to repair the vehicle they are saying i must repair it. How am I going to fix the whole engine it will be like I'm buying another vehicle. The selling price of the vehicle was R99 991,30 and the Total amount of the vehicle including VAT was R119 197,50, according to their assessment to repair the vehicle will cost close to R50 000 that their problem they can't repair the vehicle because it will cost them half of the selling price for the vehicle it will be a loss to them.
