Budget insurance is probably the worst insurance ever

My claim with Budget Insurance has been pending since 3rd November, and the communication has been nothing short of disappointing. Though Lerika Ramsarup has genuinely tried to help, the systems surrounding her seem designed to slow everything down, leaving customers stranded in frustration. My car sat at the autobody for so long waiting on repeated delays and the elusive approval from the assessor that I eventually had to remove it altogether. During one of my check-ins, I discovered parts missing, a sign that even the place meant to safeguard my vehicle had begun to fail it. The entire experience feels less like support and more like a maze where urgency and accountability are optional.
