In 2018 I joined budget insurance scratch, dent and tyre with budget insurance. 2019 I had a scratch and called budget insurance for claim and the reffered me to Auto Magic Gezina for assessment. The quote was too high (6500) I decided to find a panel beater to fix the scratch. This month I had a flat tyre and scratch on my car. I called for a claim last they told someone will whatsapp me before 18 January 2021, and they both texted me on Friday 15 January 2021 they were requesting for pictures so that they can assess them. Yesterday I called to check how far are they with the process they told me they are done with tyre claim, and they are going to 50% of the tyre cost but on the contract they said I will qualify for 1000 Per tyre. Today I got a call from Loki she tod me the claim is a pre existing is on the same side that I claimed in 2019 (unfortunately I can not find an option where I can attach pictures). I told her to check the picture the scratches are not the same. She requested for 2019 invoice to show that I fixed the scratch. She furthermore said if I can't provide the invoice they will cancel my claim. She then send me a letter for claim cancelation.
