Budget insurance is nonsense and useless

Budget insurance is nonsense and useless insurance. This nonsense insurance takes clients for granted especially consultants, I lodge a claim of two tire last week monday and they promised they will update me telephoncally and they never did that and I followed up with them they claim some picture are outstanding and everything was send by me and the dealer. Today I got a call from the dealer not insurance that they authorized R1500 for two tires and i must pay excess of R500. Number 1 my cover limit is R2000 for each tire for two incidents and according to the policy they use threads to calculate excess. My two damaged tires threads were 6mm both of them. The new one is 7mm. Something is fishy here. Friendly advice guys dont take this useless insurence they are very poor in providing service. Please please Guys you will think your tires are fully ganti they are not.
