Budget Insurance is Non-VW parts to repair cars:

I was involved in an accident on May 03, 2020 and I lodged a claim with budget insurance and my claim was approved. My car (Polo Vivo) was collected by Chris Craft panelbeaters and I was so happy but not knowing the worse is still to come. Budget Insurance want to repair my car using Non-WV parts that will reduce the value of car. The question that I have to them is Why they did not disclose on their wording document that they do not used genuine parts to repair cars? If this was disclosed, I was not going to insure my car with Budget Insurance. The only thing that Budget Insurance is interested on is to make profit from people like me and now they want me to sign the consent form to acknowledge that Non-VW parts will be used to repair my car. My car must be repair using VW parts nothing more. My Budget Insurance number is ***.
