Budget insurance is extremely *****

I can't believe I have to go through this again Budget insurance is the worst, the last time I complained about the way they gave me the run around with my car and it took them a year to get my issue resolved, my car was sent to a ***** panel beater and it lost it warranty and they didn't tell me this until I called the car manufacturer and asked who they have as authorized panel beaters and they gave me the named and told me if my car went to the panel beater suggested by budget insurance then it didn't have warranty any more but Budget insurance kept this a secret for a year until I sent a mail and posted on hello Peter letting them know that I know they are ***** and they are using a ***** and unauthorized panel beater that's when they wrote my car off but what they didn't do is give me back the installment money I paid for the car while the car was write off for 11 months, I asked them to send me a mail saying they won't pay me back the money I wasn't supposed to pay due to the company's negligence and dishonesty and guess what I haven't received anything. I think it's time to report this matter to the Ombudsman. Budget is *****
