Budget insurance is dishonest and doesn't communicate

The worst insurance I have EVER had. I have business insurance with them on a vehicle that I use for Uber, my driver was hit by another car on the 6th of January, we claimed from the insurance since the other driver didn't have a license. It's the 30th of January now and I have not heard back from them, I've called and emailed multiple times, LOrraine doesn't answer my emails even though she said to email her if I need anything. When I call she's always busy with another call so I speak to different consultants who have told me that I am going to get a call back from Lorraine so she can update on my claim progress. I have received NO UPDATE! it's the end of January, my premium has been paid but these guys aren't providing me with the service that I am paying for. Completely useless!
