Budget Insurance is disappointing

It's amazing that when I was looking for insurance, I requested Budget Insurance to call back via their website, and they called me back within 5 minutes, and I was very impressed. Yet I submitted a claim more than 24 hours ago and no one has bothered to call me back, which in my opinion, is a true reflection of how unreliable Budget Insurance is. I will really appreciate it if someone from Budget Insurance can call me back regarding claim number ***/1. If am struggling with such a minor claim, why will happen should I submit a major claim? I am bitterly disappointed in Budget Insurance!!!!
