Budget insurance is **** and lies

The worst insurance company, firstly they can't even get through to their own repairers, then you call three times in the same day and get three different stories, i am disgusted, my car was booked in to one of their useless repair shop in Sandton, Renew-it Sandton wanted to give back my car with unfinished repairs, telling me it was not authorized by your insurance, call Budget insurance they tell me it was authorized, so you want to pay an installment of R1400 every month for **** service join Budget insurance, 2 months without a car, no call no email to even give a **** about me as long as they receive their installment, it's none of their business whether they delivered on what they promised when they sold their lies to me. i am still waiting for a response on my car, whether it will one day be fixed properly so i can change from this appalling service.
