Budget Insurance is cheating me & does not have the client's best interest at heart!!!

I'm a new client with budget insurance and I was purchasing my first car, I was excited but my happiness was short lived. I have a policy with budget for my new vehicle then I changed my mind & went with another insurer, then but came back to me with a better saving & better price. The agent assisting me advised that he would help me cancel the policy with the other company before the first deduction went off... That didn't happen. The budget insurance agent was just after making a quick sale & didn't care about what happens to me as the client. It turns out that he opened a new policy, not amending the old one so now Budget insurance debited my account twice with different amounts for one vehicle. I'm so angry and disappointed , i feel I have been cheated in the worst way and my joy for a new vehicle has turned to sorrow.
