Budget Insurance is bigger, better and smarter than their customers!!!

I kept receiving sms's from budget insurance indicating that my account will be debited 3 days earlier than my agreed date, there has never been an issue with my debit order date. this has been going on now since November 2020. I called today as I finally had the time to address the issue.

I spoke to Inkosinati, the conversation escalated very quickly as I stated the agreement is a two way agreement, when one side suddenly decides to change terms without consent it breeches that agreement, and debiting an account on any day other than the agreed day is not legal, this is where the issue started, the consultant insisted that its perfectly legal... No its not, and it never will be. I called to rectify the issue that budget created and ended up having a shouting match. Who do budget insurance employees think they are???!!! I will be giving Hollard Insurance a call. Expect a cancellation soon.

A call that should have simply been, "Hey stop doing what you doing" is now "Get lost Budget Insurance" 15+ year policy *****ed by someone who is clearly not working under the correct supervision!!!
