Budget insurance is below par

Does anybody know of an insurer in South Africa that is above board and does not cheat? Budget insurance, I have lodged so many complaints on this site against them, and the saga continues, After nearly 9 months since my accident, and numerous failures by budget, my car is still not repaired, and still a danger for me to use, they have sent my car to a place called Dekra, and strangely enough, this assessor has only picked up a few minor issues, but clearly the obvious issues also have been missed, which means it is not an honest assessment. anybody know any good lawyers? seems a law suit is the only way to go No more Budget
