Budget insurance is avoiding my calls.
I was involved in an accident this morning(06/01/2026). I requested for a tow truck through the emergency button on my app and it was sent and authorized. My problem is budget insurance seems to be avoiding my calls now. I have been calling budget insurance since 7 am and they just keep on hold until they hang up on me.
