Budget insurance is a waste of time and money

poor poor poor service. My car had gone in for repairs after and accident. I called Budget 2 weeks ago to advise them of the workmanship that was done on the car, till date no call back. Every time you call them you need to wait 48 hours for someone to come back but that never happens. Jocks auto body repairs, still have not gotten back to me regarding their workmanship. The service rendered is truly disgraceful. It is embarrassing to let anyone know that i am insured through budget!!!
