Budget insurance is a ****, they will do anything for commission while the client suffers the loss.

I'm so upset I was asked to do a quote which I did and I told the lady clearly that I will let her know if I want the service.She said she needed my banking details for the quote but they will not debit until I send my cartrack certificate and give permission once my other insurance is canceled. I then emailed her 'LUMKA' on the 17th of May notifying her that I don't want to change service providers and they still debited my account with even doing a vehicle inspection or getting the documents nd correspondence from me. Thus is plain down *******. Budget needs to put that money back into my account. And still this women doesn't reply to my many emails that I sent her til now. How can you insure me without the proper protocol, my car could be lying written off and I could say it happened a month from now to claim. Use your brain and don't debut people for ef all.
