Budget insurance is a ****

I don’t know where to start but some lady called vernal is so *********** an provides the worse service ever. She doesn’t update you or try to return your calls.. but that’s not the worse.. when signing up for my home content I was told to estimate the value of my furniture which I did.. an they gave me a monthly premium based on that..so I was covered for 180k .. now after the claim they sent oldsure to do an inventory evaluation which went up to over 200k an they say I’m under covered .. so now I’m told that the damaged items amounted to 100k which is within the 180k that I’m covered for.. an that lady comes to tell me that they only going to pay half of 100k for what I don’t know..she came up with some calculations that never makes sense.. it’s now been over a month an few weeks with no way forward, The only time I get to speak to her is when I call for more than 5 times. . Budget insurance is a ****..they took some of the damaged furniture for testing but never got feedback on those. . Now they offered way less than what is damaged an we won’t be able to replace half of it. This is so unfair and humiliating. I think they did this because we are black ..so unfair an poor customer service..the claim got approved 2 weeks ago but no one attempted to call us for a way forward.. we had to call her today to beg for feedback. So unfair. I am so heartbroken, this is humiliating. Please be aware of this **** and don’t insure you home content with budget . They are not fair
