Budget Insurance / Auto General is a ****!!!!! If you are looking for extended motor warranty insurance please make sure you dont get Budget /Auto and General they are ********. They will call you out of the blue promise you the world so that you subscribe to the warranty and you wait infact you need to request to get your policy cover letter which i got 6/7months later. When its time for you to claim they reject everything and tell you its not covered and if you want to complain they will give email addresses and when you call youll be transferred from one department to another and put on hold till your airtime runs out and they wont even get back to you if the phone cut off! Basically they only provide good customer service when thay are trying to get you to subscribe to they servce after that you on your own. . So I beg you good people dont go through what iv been through with these people save your money rather open an savings account or reputable company.
