Budget Insurance is a ****!
Budget Insurance is a ****! They approved my quote for a car scratch; it’s been two weeks and their partner, Telesure Investment Holdings has still not paid out my claim. They kept asking for more documents, which I’ve sent; and they promised to pay out the claim within 48 hours. It’s been a week and I’ve heard nothing from them! This is a claim that was lodged two weeks ago! Stay away from this insurer if you want proper car insurance.
