Budget insurance is a ****

I am Mr Motsoeneng

My vehicle and all household is insured with Budget insurance. On 2021 05 12 ,my vehicle was ****** during the early morning of the same day about or between 04:00 and 05:00 and found at Soweto by Police.

It was parked at GREENLEAF ESTATE in Brakpan where my child is staying, there is a security there.

Matter was reported to the police to and Budget, today 2021 06 02 representatives from Budget namely:

1.Beverly 2.Yushra-the manager 3. Megan- the 2nd manager

All of them called and said they cannot pay or repair including the loose items in vehicle because the premium that was debited on my account was not the right premium for my the vehicle whereas I was not informed about this when I joined the insurance.they told me that they were only aware of this premium matter only after I lodged the claim (vehicle 2015 model POLO VIVO).

I am paying R1900 every month for everything. They need slips for the below and it was not stated that they will need slips when I joined the INSURANCE.

1.Tablet bought 2010. Slip 2.Winter jacket is bought from 2013.Slip 3.Toolsbox it's mixed spanner bought everytime since 1994.slip 4.My boots from 2019.slip

According to Megan, the Budget insurance representative she told me that I am lying about losing those items since I don't have slips.

I said my documents and those slips I used to scan and save in my USB which was taken inside my important small bag, then Beverly said if the bag its missing I can't claim because she said she personally has a small box in her house for important documents.so basically she is telling me that I am useless and I should act like her I cant take care of my important documentation according to her. That was totally disrespectful.

Can you help me out please.
