Budget insurance is a ****

Budget insurance is just a **** , all they do is take peoples money with no intentions of covering them when they claim . I was in an accident on the 23/04/19 and lodged a claim with Budget . The car is insured under my mother and they claim my mom is not the regular driver because our neighbors said so . So I'm assuming budget needs to be phone everyday when I drive or when my mother drives the car . I don't understand why they didn't say it from the begining that when each person drives the car they need to be notified . So we had to call them and say ' hey budget this week I'm driving the car' or what . See me insure anything with Budget **** me . They are just a **** , they don't care about their customers . They should be investigating the accident and not who was driving the car the last two weeks or whatever . They didn't even want to pay a portion of it or even refund our money because they claim the car wasn't covered due to not changing the regular driver with them . They must pay my mother back because they didn't cover the car at all
