Budget insurance is a insurance from hell

What a bad insurance company I've ever dealt with. Had a comprehensive cover with them and my car caught fire while I was driving and I don't know what caused the fire. According to the their fire expect the fire was caused by the electrical fault but how did he get to that findings I don't because the car was burnt down completely only shell left.

Now the people whom we thought will be there on such unforseen circumstances are now telling me that they don't cover fire caused by electrical fault but why then is called comprehensive cover. I truly regret taking the cover with them I will rather have no insurance than to be cover budget insurance
