Budget insurance is a ****!!!!!

I am a third party from Budget insurance I am claiming from their stupid client and is stupid like their stupid workers I have never felt so abused buy a company not wanting to fix my car , people handling my case lying and saying they are on meetings what kind of a company is this? ****? Water is getting in my car she crashed the side of my car. If this company is legit I want my car fixed and I am in a process of getting ombudsman to get in and deal with this **** company *****ing people money and telling their workers attending my claim to lie and say they are in a meeting , meeting of developing ****ming skills I see.
