Budget insurance is a donation channel,you won't be assisted

Been with them since 2021 was late for payment for the past two months but did pay, last week I placed a claim .They didn't even call me ,just sent an email that they declining because I didn't pay they previous month,which is not true as they did debit my account.I then went back to my banking app to double check the transaction after finding it I reversed it,mind you this is a day after I was told I had not payed.The ****** the sent an SMS two days after of my missing installment.So what did I reverse since I had not made a payment. Be extra careful with them they want to take an take ,they have no plans of being there when you actually need them.I'm now with ombudsman to try sort it out.Bugdet ******
