Budget insurance is a disgrace

My name is Raymond Du Plessis. A loyal customer for many years who never claimed since being with them and the one time that I do put in a claim they reject it. I'm very disappointed in their service and the way they handled my claim. My car has been returned and they refuse to fix or pay me out, and that's after they told me last week that the car is no longer roadworthy and they will settle it and pay me out the remaining balance.. I'm not only frustrated but hurt at the same time because I have always been loyal to them and this is how they treat me. I would recommend them to any other person because if they treat a loyal customer like this imagine how they will be treating a new customer.
