Budget insurance is a ****

Budget insurance is a real **** ,My car is insured with them for 1200 per year since last year August 2024.This year they doubled the premium to R2400 without even informing me. Last month on the I was smashed by a bus ,hit and run,my car is damaged sid number and front ,I claimed and the accesor said I must sent her pictures of the damage ,I didn't got to a physical accessor . After 3 weeks of waiting she send an email saying that they are not going to repair the car because the damage is less than R7000. How did she know the damage without sending my car to the panel shop accessor.?? You are legalised ****mers .You will rote in hell.
