Budget insurance is a ****

I have made a claim with budget as my insurance due to an accident that occurred on the 7th of October 2024 mind you I was not in the wrong and the accident report attests to this The First Lady I spoke with was quite nice so I can’t fault that but I have had to deal with disgusting people after that including who they call a supervisor Nisha Anthony who spoke over me and started shouting because I refuse to accept that they will pay me 26 thousand to look for my own panel beaters to fix my car which is now with them for an entire month and is covered with a comprehensive cover she mentioned that it is within the discretion of the insurer that they can do that I asked for the documentation on my policy that says that and she couldn’t send it said we doing a back and forth now so she will escalate to the Internal dispute department The whole process is exhausting and to be treated like you missed premiums when I pay each and every month is disgusting
