Budget insurance insults

Just when I thought I am going to take a good insurance because I have a policy with budget for car service, yesterday I got the shock of my life when I received a voicemail from one of the consultant at budget insurance ( I was insulted by a consultant for not being able to answer the call her words where valgar I can't translate them to English) I need help in taking this matter further, if there is anyone who can help please do, I have retrieved the voice note aswel as the number to prove that it is budget insurance number, we can't be insulted m not willing to take this lying down, I am going to open a case against budget for this their consultant are inconsiderate.
