Budget insurance ( Innovation group ) ******

I have a problem with my car, i took it to Renault for it to be checked they then sent the results of the diagnosis to Budget Insurance ( Innovation group ) of which i have a Pre-owned warranty with them. The diagnoses was: 1. Fuel injectors were faulty 2. Trottle body needs to be replaced. Budget rejected item no 2 claiming that the Trottle body is not covered because it is not in the list of the items covered by the policy. I called them to get clarity and the agent that i spoke to said that he also thinks that the throttle body falls under fuel injection control but his Superior said to him the word throttle body is not written on their list of covered items, of which i feel that they do not know what they are doing or they failed to do a research and check that a Trottle body is a fuel injector control in a Renault Sandero, which is listed on their covered items.
