Budget Insurance increasing premiums to R3000 without a proper notice!!!!!!!!

Insurance premiums just got increased without my knowledge all I got was an email, budget Insurance please explain this simple thing to me how do I get my insurance premium for 2 cars be increased to close to R3000 per month without even a simple flipping phone call or update in advance your administration is f@cked up honestly trust me I am actually BEEECHING NOW you insurance is unnecessarily expensive, you can’t just increase a client’s insurance premium and access fee without at least communicating in advance this is really a *******, thank you for your BEEEEECHING service
