BUDGET INSURANCE INCOMPETANCE
I had a Service Plan Contract (TB/SO/02065/00858) which has been ended by Budget before the last 6 payments have been deducted, so I am paying for something that I have not yet used???? I tried to call the Call Centre and waited 45 min and no response???? This is the second plan I have had, and the previous plan did not work as this one did!! I am a current Budget Insurance customer for Short Term Insurance Policy (***) and will now be cancelling this contract shortly as I cannot speak to anyone to rectify the problem!!!!!!! Useless company i will be posting this on all Social Media Platforms!!!!

23 Jan 2023, 08:03So I received numerous calls and eventually on the 16th if January 2023 I was told that my refund was loaded on their system and should receive it within 3 days, it's now a week and nothing!!!!!! I think I should stick to my first decision and cancel all my policies!!!! Really poor service!!!!
