Budget insurance inability to honor it's own policy clauses.

My car was written off by budget insurance in April 2022. To date they still continued to deduct premiers of this policy. No reimbur*****t of taken premiums was made.

Last year I had an unfortunate incident where my home was burgled, there too it was an absolute mission to get my claim processed.

Furthermore, on 13 February 2023 i made a claim for my pool pump that gave in. Between lighting and loadshedding it may have been affected.

The pump was previously serviced with our local pool maintenance company late last year, proof can be provided if needed. With this too they refuse to honor this regardless of the pump being covered in the household policy. As a long standing customer l'm absolutely frustrated by Budget insurance's unbecoming and arrogant attitude towards loyal customers. This is absolutely unacceptable. I don't think I'll be in a position to refer them to anyone I know due to these nasty experiences with them.
