Budget Insurance Ignoring My Query

So sad that this is the only way to get the attention of Budget Insurance. I am appalled at how you enjoy debiting my account monthly but cannot call me back to sort our my windscreen. I was referred by Budget insurance to a panel beater that gave me subpar service and made me run around them for the repairs of my vehicle. I collected the vehicle and the windscreen was not fixed although it was reported in the same matter that the car went in for. They said the insurance did not tell them to fix the windscreen and that I should call Budget Insurance myself for them to help me. I ran behind budget insurance for two weeks and may queries were "escalated", it is two months later and my windscreen is still not fixed even though I paid full excess for the repairs at the panel beater. I am quite disgusted at the lack of accountability from them and people they choose as their service providers.
